HIGH PERFORMANCE COACHING from MATT CAULFIELD
To Get The Best Answer, You Need To Ask The Best Question.
I may not have all the answers, but I have a better quality of question…
To book your life changing coaching session, please call me now on 07711 204013.
What Is Coaching?
Coaching can be defined as “enabling clients to shift their perspectives and thereby discover different solutions to achieve their goals”.
It is a process of facilitated self discovery that tends to take the form of a conversation between the coach and the client. Where the coach will ask the client specific questions to help them clarity their goals and create solutions.
Who is Coaching For?
Coaching can benefit anyone that wants to make positive changes in their lives. There are specialist coaches for different areas including “life coaching”, sports, youth, education, business and self improvement.
Coaching is not appropriate for people seeking help with remedial problems. If you think you are suffering from any psychological problem, I urge you to contact your GP or health care professional.
Why Do I Need a Coach?
Coaches aren’t there to tell you what do, they are to serve and support you in your goals. Coaching can give you greater insights and help you develop the skills and strategies you need to succeed.
Who Do You Work With?
I tend to work in the field of “high performance”. These are people who are already performing well, but want that extra edge. They tend to be highly motivated, focused and driven. This includes (but is not exclusive to) executives, sports people and business owners.
However, the process I use can and does benefit anyone who wants to make changes in their lives and I as often work with “up and coming” people as much as “high flyers”.
How Does It Work?
I have developed my own unique model that I use in sessions along with the classic models of coaching such as the GROW model and the SCORE model.
Because I am an NLP trainer and coach, my sessions also have an NLP flavour; I have collected, through the years a number of useful ideas, processes strategies and techniques that help in a variety of contexts. We will discuss if it is appropriate to talk you through these processes.
What Happens in a Coaching Session?
Every coaching process is unique. We agree (and continue to adjust) the framework we follow for the sessions. It is not my job to tell you what to do. It is my job to help you formulate the strategies that you need.
Mostly the coaching process will involve what appears to be a chat or a conversation, I will ask you a series of questions and share with you nuggets of information I have gathered through the years.
Sometimes, if appropriate we will talk through, or work through, some specific techniques.
We will always close the session with some discussion and feedback about the sessions themselves. How it went, what you want more of, what you want to do differently, clarity, etc.
How Long Is A Session?
Sessions are usually 45 minutes to an hour in length, or when an appropriate place is reached, whichever is sooner. You will be surprised how much you cover in that time. Longer sessions can be arranged on request.
Where Do They Take Place?
I have been pioneering the use of Skype and other online video communications such as FaceTime and Google Hangout for a number of years. This means I can work (and have worked) with people all round the world. Utilising this technology makes it more convenient (and cheaper) for you and I can be more flexible about when I can offer sessions.
If you want sessions to take place, I have a practice in Cardiff in South Wales:
R & R Consulting Centres
41 St Isan Rd
Sessions can be arranged around the UK, with an additional travel expenses.
Email coaching is available for people who cannot commit to face to face sessions, please contact me for details.
How Much Does it Cost?
Individual sessions are proved at £125, however, with coaching be a process not a one time event, clients usually book in blocks of 4 sessions, which is priced at £400 + VAT per block.
In house sessions are booked out in minimum of a half day blocks (approximately 3 “sessions”), which is charged out at £600 + VAT and expenses. A full day (6 sessions) is £1200 + VAT
Why Should I Employ You as a Coach?
With over 15 years experience in NLP, coaching and therapy, I have worked with Olympic athletes, world record holders, top business people and celebrities.
In those 15 years I have developed tried and tested models of coaching plus some unique and effective models of my own to help you make positive changes in your life and truly succeed!
