How To Book Online

Firstly, thank you very much for choosing to attend one of my training courses.

If you have decide to book online I just want to talk you through the online booking process to avoid any delay in getting you booked onto the course of your choosing.

Online bookings can only be paid for by credit card, if you want pay by other means (cheque, BACS, invoice, etc) please click here to download a pdf booking form. I use PayPal to process online credit card bookings. They are the world’s largest and most trusted online credit card payment portal. You don’t need an account to pay (but a PayPal account is very useful so why not sign up whilst you are booking?)

It is all very straightforward, don’t worry, but if you just read through this guide first it will make the process go with a breeze for you.

1. Choose Your Course

All the details of the courses, including outline, content, any requirements, location, date and price are on the relevant training page.

If there are any details that are not there that you require, please check the FAQ page which should have the answer you are looking for.

If you still have some queries please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my very best help you. I answer all queries personally; they won’t go to a call centre or admin person (because of this, I can sometimes take a little while to respond, but do my best to answer all queries within 2 working days).

2. Find the “Book Now” Button

Go to the part of the page where you book and chose the relevant course or date.

3. Click “Book Now”

You will be redirected to the shopping cart, if you want to book more courses or products, click on the continue shopping, if not just go directly to the checkout.

4. All Prices in the shopping cart are shown Ex-VAT

VAT will be added to your purchase at checkout.

5. Login to Paypal and Make your Payment.

You will be taken to a receipt page. You will receive an automated email from PayPal confirming your payment.

6. IMPORTANT: On the Receipt Page, Make Sure You Click the “Complete Purchase” Link.

This will redirect you to an online booking form. You need to complete this form to finalise your booking. If you accidentally don’t click on the link, click here to go to the booking form.

You will also receive an email with your purchase details and a link to the booking form.

7. Confirmation

Once you have submitted the “booking form”, I review all bookings manually, if there are any problems I will contact you, if not I will email you a “BOOKING CONFIRMATION” email within 2 working days of receiving the booking.

8. You Are All Booked Up!

9. Alternative Booking Methods

If you would prefer to pay via cheque, BAC’s or company invoice, please click here to download a pdf booking form, complete it and either email or post it back to me, once it has been received I will contact you to complete your booking.
