So, what is the first thing to do? The thing I have discovered from working with clients is that it is very rare that people actually proactively sit down and plan their time effectively. What they do and the you do things is has often grown organically, you have added bits and bobs to your day bit by bit. And I bet you waste loads of time through the day, even though you claim you never have any spare time.

So, the first thing you do, before you do anything else is make yourself aware of what you are doing at the moment. Keep, for at least a week, a very detailed diary of what you get up to. Very soon, I bet, you will find out how much time you waste…
