    Just re-read and this makes sense. It’s obvious, but that’s a good point. That we miss the simple opportunities to examine and improve our behaviour, in favour of more complicated systems, because marketers would have us believe that changing our lives for the better should be expensive and/or a struggle.

    Made me think, so thanks. Though in light of my first (absent) comment, this would have me as someone who needs to grow up you someone who should lighten up ;o)
