Well, I have been very busy the last few weeks so my daily blogging has kinda dropped off. My apologies. Since my last post time seems to have flown by, so I thought it would be relevant today to talk about how to speed time up. I have already described a technique for slowing time down it the first part of this ongoing series!
So, say you have along journey ahead of you and you just to get it done, or something. Well you want to get yourself in “fast time mode”. Have you ever had one of those nights out when you have been having so much fun suddenly it’s the end of the night and you don’t know where the time has gone? I think everyone has had some point haven’t they?
OK, remember that time in as much detail as possible. See what you saw. Hear what you heard. And feel what you felt. Really concentrate. Now, whilst in that state, think vividly of the time that you want to go quickly. Imagine it just like that night out.
If you do this just before you start the long journey (or whatever) you are giving a command to your mind of how to treat the upcoming situation.
